2. Product Quality Issues

Refunds are applicable under the following quality-related conditions:

Color Fading: If the fabric or garment shows noticeable color fading after minimal use or washing.
Material Damage: This includes tears, rips, fabric defects, or manufacturing faults noticed upon delivery.
Other Quality Issues: Any major issue that affects the usability or appearance of the product, as assessed by our team.

Note: For quality-related refunds, customers must provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for cash or offline purchases).
Processing time is within 24 hours of approval.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Customer Error in Orders: If the customer selects the wrong size, color, or type during order placement, refund will not be applicable.

Return Policy

1. Exchange Only – No Refund

Returns are accepted only for product replacement.
